Counterfeit fragrance is a real problem online. Here is exactly how we source, what you receive, and what happens if you ever doubt a bottle we sent you.
01 — Sourcing
Where the stock comes from
Every product on this site is fulfilled through our United States distribution partner. We do not buy from marketplaces, liquidators, grey-market resellers or private sellers, and we do not take returned stock back into inventory to resell as new.
02 — Condition
What arrives at your door
Products ship new and sealed in the manufacturer’s packaging unless a listing explicitly says otherwise. Where an item is a tester, the word appears in the product title, so you know before you buy.
We do not decant. Nothing is transferred between bottles, topped up, or repackaged at any point.
03 — If you have a doubt
How to check, and what we do about it
Compare the batch code printed on the bottle with the one on the box — they should match. Check the cellophane, the cap fit and the print quality against any authentic bottle of the same fragrance you already own.
If anything looks wrong, contact us with photographs before you use the product. We will take it back and refund it in full. A bottle that turns out not to be authentic is refunded whether or not it is still sealed, and whether or not thirty days have passed.
